Odyssey's Flores Joins U-17 Nat'l Program

FRESNO, CA- The California Odyssey Soccer Club was informed that Daniel Flores a member of their National Development Academy team has been selected to the US Soccer Federations Under-17 National Team.  He joins former Odyssey teammate Nathan Smith who was selected in 2009 to the team. Through this weekend's slate of MLS games, the combined record of teams scoring first is a staggering 106-8-29. The first goal all but guarantees a team at least a tie.

What would Bayern be without Franz Beckenbauer? There would certainly be less silverware in the trophy cabinet. The Allianz Arena would probably not have been built. The likes of Robben and Ribéry might well never have come to the club.
