The NorCal Premier League and the Y
League are considering a cooperation between their leagues . They have
already held preliminary talks which will continue during the coming
weeks. The cooperation would include promotion and relegation between
the Y League National Divison and NorCal Premier First Division. The
NorCal - Y League cooperation could include a state championsip with
the Coast Premier League achieving the goal of having a true state
league championship. More as the story develops......
