Jevin Albuquerque remembers a time not so long ago when he and his teammates on the United States beach soccer team had to bandage their own boo-boos and evaluate their own strained ligaments. In addition to serving as team trainers and doctors, they were also their own travel agents, equipment managers, nutritionists and public relations personnel.
