Children's Secretary introduces 10-year plan

Ed Balls this week made a bold bid to live up to his surname. The latest initiative from the Children's Secretary is a 10-year plan to reintroduce spherical objects into the everyday life of the nation's youth. He stated that he wants to see a grand scheme of playground refurbishment in our inner cities, accompanied by an end to the "no ball games" culture which has suffocated our young people in health and safety.
