Pat Onstad was nervous when he arrived at PAL Stadium in San Jose on Wednesday night. After all, the goalkeeper was playing in the Bay Area for the first time since he and the old Earthquakes left San Jose for Houston in 2005.

"I wanted to show I can still play to a group of people that supported us," he said.
