HELPING HANDS FOR KIERA
                   Fundraiser Dinner
     April 26, 2008 at 7:30 pm
                     Drinks at 6:30
St. Elizabeth’s-- 12th and S Streets
                    Sacramento, CA

Martin Sims, who has played with the
Sacramento Knights and with Aguias of the CCSL,
has a sweet daughter, Kiera, who was born with
Cerebral Palsy.  She, and her parents, could use
some help with expenses. CP is the second expensive
developmental disability to manage over the course
of a person’s lifetime.

Kiera, who is 17 months old, greets each day
with a beautiful smile. She can hold her own bottle, get
up on her hands and knees, sit upright and reach for toys.
Currently she has a cast on each foot as she waits for
braces that will align her feet.

CP is caused by damage to the motor control
centers of the young developing brain. It is a non
progressive disorder, meaning the brain damage does
not worsen, but secondary orthopedic difficulties are
common. No known cure for CP.

The Central California Soccer League along with
Aguias PSC is holding this FUNdraiser. Your support
Will be greatly appreciated.

    Hope to see you there!!
