Burgers and dogs and peppers darkened over the grill in the bed of Andres Lepe's sagging Chevy pickup, and as he bit into a hot link, his two sons at his feet, he gave, perhaps, the only summation one could give of the scene that had enveloped him. "Mexicans, we love soccer," said Lepe of Tukwila. "It is the way we express passion."
