Free Coaching Clinic to All NorCal Premier Member Clubs

  Norcal is excited to offer to coaches, A coaching clinic by Jan  olde Riekerink, Director of Youth Development, Ajax Amsterdam on Friday, June 27th to Sunday, June 30th.  The clinic will be co-hosted by Union Football Club and MP Strikers.

   Registration is now open for one of the most important event that NorCal has ever organized. Our goal is to have one coach attend for every team that registers for the 2008 NorCal State Cups!

   Norcal is delighted to present this “world class” event for NorCal coaches, managers, Club Board members presented by a “world class” Director of Youth Development who talks from practical experience at the highest level of the “world” youth game!

Friday –
10:00 – 12:00 – Lecture # 1 – Big Picture of Ajax - System
 
1:30-3:00 – Training Session # 1 –
Explanation on the field with Tactic Board
Ajax Training Session for the E/D Age Group
 
3:30 – 5:00 – Training Session # 2 -
Explanation on the field with Tactic Board
Ajax Training Session for the E/D Age Group
 
6:30 – 8:30 – Training Session # 3 + Questions and Answers on the Field
 
Explanation on the field with Tactic Board
Ajax Training Session for the E/D Age Group
 
Saturday –
9:00- Opening on the field with Tactic Board
 
9:30-11:30 – Training Session # 4
Explanation on the field with Tactic Board
Ajax Training Session for the C Age Group
 
1:30 – 3:30 – Training Session # 5
Explanation on the field with Tactic Board
Ajax Training Session for the B Age Group
 
4:00 – 5:30 – Training Session # 6

7:30 – 9:30 – Lecture # 2 with a lot of Questions and Answers
 
Sunday –
9:00 – 9:30 – Lecture about Game Analysis
9:30 – 10:30 – Game with one of the demo groups as the team (Groups look at certain parts of the game)
10:30-11:15 – Groups meet and develop a weekly training plan based on the Game analysis
11:30-12:30 – Discussion based on a few groups ideas and then the Example from Jan about what he would do.
 
12:30 – 1:00 pm -  Closing
