San Jose approves $132M deal that could lead to soccer stadium Print E-mail

The San Jose City Council unanimously approved a retail, office and hotel deal worth $132 million and directed at a future soccer stadium.

San Jose Earthquakes owner Lew Wolff will buy 66 acres and plans to reserve 18 acres for parking and the stadium on the property at 1125 Coleman Ave.
