CABRILLO -- In their first meeting with a Major League Soccer youth club, the Santa Cruz County Breakers youth soccer teams proved they could play with the best.
The Breakers U16 and U18 teams both went undefeated against the Chivas USA and L.A. Galaxy U16 and U18 teams -- development teams for their more famous professional clubs -- to the delight of a team-estimated 1,500 fans who came out to watch the games at Cabrillo College over the weekend.
